This planning appeal was for a dwelling that was refused outline planning permission on the basis that the standard of forward sight distance available at dwelling site access onto Sess Road was considered inadequate. The Project Agent and Architectural Designer was Andrew Coulter Associates.
After considering the Statement of Case Evidence submitted by Carey Consulting the Planning Appeals Commission found that it was appropriate to reduce the access standards in this case and the Planning Appeal was allowed.
