Planning Permission was obtained for a Tesco Express and Petrol Filling Station accessed off the A37 Broad Road in Limavady.

Carey Consulting successfully negotiated with Roads Service regarding the acceptability of the access onto the protected route and also secured Private Streets Determination Approval for the road access design and detailing.
