Planning permission was obtained for a 65-bed nursing home and 92 new dwellings at a site at Moneymore Road, Cookstown.

Carey Consulting successfully obtained the Private Streets Determination Approval for the nursing home and residential development as necessary to secure the release of Planning Permission.
