Project Description:

This project involved re-development of the former market yard and adjoining lands to provide mixed-use development comprising of commercial and residential uses (109 dwelling units).

Carey Consulting negotiated with Roads Service to gain approval to the three access roads required to serve the subject development and also successfully completed the detailed civil engineering design of roads and drainage.
