Project Description:

Planning permission was obtained for a 57-bed nursing home at Nursery Avenue, Portstewart.

Carey Consulting was responsible for liaising with Roads Service and to agree an acceptable
roads access and parking arrangement for the nursing home development.  We completed the detailed civil engineering design of the access road and successfully obtained the necessary Private Streets Determination Approval.
